Kitchen Reset NY was started by a restaurant operator with multiple café locations across New York City. After years of managing kitchens, dealing with health inspections, and watching cleaning crews miss the things that actually matter — the grease behind the fryers, the buildup in the hood baffles, the floor drains that never quite got clean — we decided to do it ourselves.
